Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received. All returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of industrial diamond materials, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-sized or custom-graded diamond powders
  • Special-order coated diamonds
  • Lab-grown diamond batches produced to customer specifications
  • Opened or repackaged containers
  • Products exposed to contamination, moisture, or improper storage
  • Hazardous materials or restricted industrial compounds

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards or coupons
  • Downloadable technical documents or software
  • Clearance or final-sale items

A receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please do not send any product back to manufacturing facilities unless instructed. All returns must be managed through SinoDiam International’s support team.


Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted under these conditions:

  • Packaging or containers show signs of use
  • Any item not in original sealed condition
  • Items damaged or contaminated due to customer handling
  • Returns submitted after 30 days from delivery
  • Missing components or documentation unrelated to SinoDiam error

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation. You will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank — additional posting time may apply

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, discounted products, promotional bundles, and clearance stock cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or significantly inconsistent with product specifications.

To request an exchange, please contact info@diamondmicron.com. A return address will be provided by our support team.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued for the value of your return. After the item is received and approved, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to the return address provided by SinoDiam customer support.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.

For high-value items, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance

SinoDiam International does not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
